Depending on your Cable TV (CTV) subscription there are different ways to access the channels you are subscribed to. Here is another link to our website for added support for accessing networks outside of your Digital TV.

The link in moderator Dustin's response explains that IMAP stands for Internet Message Access Protocol which is an incoming server.  There is no mention on that page about incoming type  ( you mean "fonts"?).   In a previous thread one of the community members said that you can not change the fonts on the incoming mail.

To clarify, IMAP and POP account settings are significantly different in how they structure the email storage locally so you cannot simply switch the type in the account settings.  The account settings will need to be removed and re-added as the desired account type.
