I have Cox Bundle but want to change my landline home number - Can I and how?
I migrated my services over from AT&T. I want to change my principal landline phone number -
The number people call to reach me at home. I also want to know if I can make the new number
unlisted? Possible & how?

Hi Cathexis,
You can contact your local support and let them know of the changes you would like to make to your phone service. Those changes will be made at that moment. They are available 24/7 for assistance.

Cox should allow this online, everyone else does. You push people to call and then we sit on hold for 10 minutes (actually 12) just to be put on hold again because they aren't sure they can change the number.....REALLY?? I am still holding the second time for going on 3 minutes and counting.....

I was on hold for a total of 13 minutes. It's been weeks and the number still hasn't been changed. We were told it was and was given the new number, but still not. Calling in yet again.
