I have about had it with Cox

OK, I have had the Whole home DVR for about 3 months now and have had nothing but issues with it. I have 3 Whole Home DVR boxes and at the time of installation, the boxes didn't work and there was signal issues. they came out and replaced the box with the Cisco box. The box doesn't freeze anymore, but when you go to test the box it still fails the signal test. Now to the main problem, For some reason, when I have set a program to record it will either record fine, not record at all (not even show in missed) or record and show there was a error please try again later. Also sometimes when I try to record a program sometimes its doesn't record and I go to flip to the channel and it will say I am not subscribed to that channel that I need to call to sign up, it does this on HBO, TNT, TBS, even local channels. And to top it off, Last night I had "Falling Skies" on TNT set to record, it didn't record no error, Tonight I had "Suits" set to record, it didn't and no error. How can I trust this box to record?

Cox customer service is no help and neither is tech support. I am tired about paying a ** ton of money every month to be a beta tester for Cox.

Has anyone experienced these issues and had them resolved?

One of your receivers does return an invalid value for SNR on one of its tuners, so it's possible there's a hardware problem still causing recording failures on one receiver. That receiver and your modem also show a higher-than-preferred transmit power level, so there may also be a lingering signal issue.

But just to clarify, which of these things specifically has it done since July 10th? I pulled up all your receivers Trio data and verified the Trio 2.1 upgrade was correctly applied, which should have resolved some MoCA issues (box-to-box communication for recording and playback), tuning failures, and recording failures.

Well it looks like the boxes all pass the test, but on Monday July 16th Falling Skies failed to record and Tuesday Suits failed to record. So on Tuesday, I scheduled Suits to record at 11 PM, I have nothing else recording at that time and all the boxes were turned off. the next morning I come back and it didn't record, I looked under missed recordings and it shows there was a conflict with a higher priority recording. Even though that was the only one recording.

I have a Cox technician coming out tomorrow (saturday) to install the new 6 tuner box, hopefully this box is better than the current Cisco Whole Home box.
