I can't get to my router/ip page on mac

I'm trying to change my wireless name and password so I've been looking at all the instruction pages which would be helpful if cox would let me type in the IP address into the bar. Everytime I type in my ip just like all the websites say, this comes up:

I already tried adding the http:// in front of the ip, but the same thing came up.
I don't know if cox is barring me from going to the page or if it's because I'm using safari on a mac. 
Please help!

What gateway or router do you have? 

Normally, the IP you would use would be Http://192.168.1.1 or Http://192.168.0.1

If this doesn't work, check the IP your Mac is getting from the router. IE if your IP is 10.0.0.5, the the IP to access the router is 10.0.0.1.
