I can not watch TV on internet

I can not watch my Cox TV channels on the Internet.  I can watch the Cox advertisements, but not my TV stations. I cleared my cookies and still no go. I use Firefox browser.  My computer just keeps searching.  Any advice would be helpful. Thanks

Some questions:

1. Exactly what site are you going to?
2. Does it work if you use Internet Explorer?
3. Could you give more detail on "Just keeps searching". Do you mean a hour glass? Or Google search? Or the page is blank?
