How to play Cox Online TV shows directly on a SmartTV?

How can you play shows hosted by Cox Online TV directly on a Smart TV?

I'd like to play these shows directly from the TV and not have to hookup a computer to the TV to view these shows.

Is there an App for the TV? I was chatting with tech support and all they would tell me is yes you can but they have no idea how.
