how do you pull up prior month e-mails? I need to go back 12 months?
Hi everyone,
I use outlook for -e-mail and need to go back 12 months to retrieve prior e-mails. Does anyone know how to do this?

Do you have 12 months of email downloaded into Outlook? Is it sorted by date? If so, isn't it as easy as scrolling down until you get to that date? You could also use the search function.
received:yesterday
Items that arrived yesterday. Instant Search also recognizes the follow date values:
Relative dates: For example, today, tomorrow, yesterday
Multi-word relative dates: For example, this week, next month, last week, past month, coming year
Days: Sunday, Monday ... Saturday
Months: January, February ... December

Hi Yellowlab,
If you have Outlook set up to leave a copy of each email on the server, you may be able to find the email you need by logging into your Cox WebMail at http://webmail.cox.net.
Click HERE for the steps on how to check your current Outlook settings to see if you are set up to leave a copy of each email on the Cox server.
