How do I install the security suite?
I'm logged on under the primary account. Cox's silly web page says I'm logged in as null@ and tells me I have to be logged in under the primary account. I am logged in under the primary account. Please tell me what magic incantation I need to use to be able to install something I'm supposed to get for free.
As an aside, some interesting pools would be: How long to get an answer? How many back and forths until I get an answer? How long until I have the McAffee Security Suite installed? My bets are: two weeks, 14, and never.

It sounds like our system isn't recognizing the User ID as Primary. I can fix this for you! Please send my team an email with a link to this post, your full name, address, and your Primary User ID. Our email address is cox.help@cox.com. There may be a User ID synchronization issue on our side that we can fix in a jiffy.

Thanks, Becky. I got a pop-up to chat with support after I posted. She synched my account with an email address, just like I had to do the last time I tried to make an update with Cox. The last time I tried to do something with Cox, the same thing had to happen, but, I had to call, email, and Facebook for several weeks before the issue was resolved. Nice it only took one online chat this time. Maybe this time my account will stay synched.
