How do I find channel listings for a TV without a cable box?

I have an extra HDTV that temporarily doesn't have a cable box.  How do I find what the channel assignments are when there is no box?  Cox won't give me the information, they want to require a box.  Anyone know what the channel assignments are in the Phoenix area?

Those channel numbers are only meaningful if you have a cable box.  I have no box, but still receive stations, though with completely different numbers.  It's those numbers I'm looking for.

No, it should still line up for the lower channels 2-63. You might get some others above that if you have a HD TV with a digital tuner, thats what the (Digital Only) means. 

I assume this TV has Cox cable connected to it? Its not Over the air right?

Do a reset and a fresh channel scan on your TV (with the cable plugged directly into it.)
