how do i close a cox email account

Are you trying to close the primary or a secondary email account? You can close a secondary email by signing with your primary credentials online and selecting the My Account option at the top. Once you select that, you want to chose the option Manage Email Boxes under Profile & Settings. If it is the primary account that you're trying to close, we will need to remove it on the back end. If this is the case, send us an email at cox.help@cox.com with your full name, service address, four digit Cox PIN, and a brief description of your issue.
