Hotmail issues?

Hi, is there any known issues with Hotmail aka Live being slow?  I've tested the site on several different computers and browsers.  Hotmail aka Live is not loading properly.  It's either very slow or unresponsive.  I don't get a timeout... just super slow.  I've tried it from work and the site is just fine.

I just found this site and there are people reporting similar issues.  But it's working just fine at my work.  Anyone on the Cox network have issues?
