Google Seach Block on Cox Home Page

for over a month now, the Google seach block on the Cox web Page gives non-sensical answers unrelated to search term. Calls to Customer service states that "we are working on it". When will it be corrected? or is your answer always going to be use a different method to search the internet?

Hi Bmcenany,

We do not have a repair date for this issue. For the time being, the workaround is to use a different method for internet searches. To get to Google, type www.google.com into the URL address bar of your internet browser.

this is the same answer I received last time. Searching the internet is something that everyone does daily. Isn't there some way to boost your work priority to provide that service to the customers?
