GIG Installation
We will be having the GIG Internet installed in a few weeks. Since we have all three services bundled, will we be keeping our current modem, Cisco DPQ3212, for the TV and Phone service or will another one be installed?

Gigablast doesn't use a regular cable modem, it uses a special fiber modem which will be installed on a wall. Since you have phone service, you'll still need the DPQ3212 for that, but not for the Gigabit internet.

Chris_c21 is correct; your Gigablast installation will include brand new equipment for internet connectivity. Do you have any other questions we can answer?
