FYI channel, not getting it and I have a premium package

I don't seem to be getting the FYI channel. I have a premium package (both HBO and SHOWTIME)

Thanks for responding, but have already checked the tv listings at http://www.cox.com/channels.  It shows I should get FYI if I subscribe to a premium package - which I do.  Please let me know why FYI is not available for me, I meet the requirements.

We don't have any current packages specifically referred to as "premium".  I did look at listings for your area and it shows to be an optional channels as part of the Sports and Information pak.  Check your bill to see if the Sports and Information pak is listed.  If not, that is something our sales team could assist with.

"FYI" has nothing to do with the premium channels. It is part of the "Sports & Information Pak." Do you subscribe to the "Sports & Information Pak" ??

When you say you don't get the FYI channel, do you mean you cannot find it using your TV guide or do you mean when tuning to the FYI channel you get prompted to call Cox Customer service to activate it?
