FXX HD audio not Dolby Digital 5.1

Last September, Cox finally fixed the DD 5.1 audio on FXX HD.  I noticed today that the problem I reported back then has returned.  In a nutshell, FXX HD does not have DD 5.1 audio while FXX SD does.  This doesn't make sense.  Please fix this again!  I can't understand why this problem has returned.

Sending a truck to my house is not going to fix this problem.  This is a system issue.  The person I messaged about this issue before has left the company.  His response to me last September stated "I have let the Manager in engineering know. He is going to check with NOVA MTC."  For some reason, it took two weeks for Cox to fix it.  I certainly hope it won't take this long again!

At least you get FXX in HD. Here in Vegas, we are stuck with the SD version.

We're basically stuck watching the SD channel because the audio level is so low and is of poor quality on the HD channel.  You really have to turn up the volume.

I'm going to ask for a credit on my account since this is the second time I've reported the problem.  I'm not sure why the added expense of a truck roll is required to fix an obvious system issue.  I should not have to take time out of my day to wait for a tech to come to my house.
