Frequent internet disconnects lasting ~2 minutes then full connectivity
In the last several weeks I have been experiencing, both at home and at a neighborhood restaurant, frequent drops of internet connectivity lasting about two minutes followed by full connectivity restored. At the restaurant it is everyday at 4:51 PM and at home the time seems to vary wildly. This morning it has cycled four times between 6:45 and 7:45.
This is in Lafayette, Louisiana.
During the last outage I was able to get to the cable modem 192.168.100.1 and obtain the following. The receive power level is 2.6dBmV after connectivity restored is the only difference i saw. All of the lights except two on the front of the modem go out.
Since this is happening at two different locations about a mile apart I am guessing this is a Cox system level problem and not a local in my house wiring problem.

I'm having the same problem, only in Alexandria VA. I've had intermittent problems during the day, but a couple of evenings it got worse around 5:00 p.m. Happened all day long today (Saturday) and finally stopped using Internet this afternoon. Now looking for a solution.

Those signal statistics appear to be just fine. If you continue to experience problems it may be beneficial to schedule a technician to come out and troubleshoot further.
