Frequent Disconnects
For the past few weeks my router seems to kick our wireless devices offline numerous times per day. I have to press the on/off button on the back of the router at least 4 to 5 times a day. Service was great for a few months but just recently seems to be getting worse with the frequent disconnects. I'm not sure if this is a signal issue or something on Cox's end. I'm asking on here because the Cox tech support line is closed until Monday morning. Any suggestions or help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Hi Tiffany,
Thanks for offering your assistance. The problem has resolved on its own in the recent weeks. I do believe it might have had something to do with overages of data use on our account. We have since upgraded to the 150mbps so let's hope this solves our problem for now.
