Free Movie Channel

I am new to Cox. I had Direct TV and they always informed me of a promotion when I could get HBO, Showtime ect. free on the week-end. How can I find this information out with Cox

Cox has promotions like that, but nothing regular like that. I think the providers decide when a promotion will be.
