Why do COX representatives feel it is acceptable and OK to respond to some topics and to ignore others for weeks to months on end? For an allegedly moderated "support" forum this kind of activity shows a lack of respect for the user community.
I do understand that some posts in the general forum are not questions but rather statements, and may not require COX interaction; however I am talking about questions in all of the different support sub-forums collectively where many questions are simply ignored.
Just wondering...

From the FIRST section of the forum guidelines:
"Productive Posts and Discussions - The Support Forums are designed to provide a place for Cox customers to obtain help from and offer help to other Cox customers. If you are looking for direct support from Cox please visit Support.Cox.com"

Fair enough, I seem to have miss-read the guidelines before posting this post as I was looking for exactly that kind of wording.
It is unfortunate though because some posts are questions that COX has been unable or unwilling to answer via the phone support AND the forums support/moderator(s) have answered some questions; so it would not be unreasonable to expect that kind of involvement to be a bit more consistent.
thank you,
