For Caller ID my phone only shows a name. How can I get it to show the phone number of the caller?
When I get calls my phone only shows a name, but no phone number. The name is often wrong, and some times I need to call back but don't have the phone number. i know i can go into the Cox portal and look at recent calls, or edit the name there. But that doesn't help.
I need it to send just the phone number for caller ID. How do I do this?
