Flex TV and TV Pack options

Hello hopefully somebody at Cox can answer my question. I want to add the movie pack to my existing Flex TV package. Cox Store webpage advertises it it under Extras and Optional Features. Once I place the order for it. Its canceled within two hours unless I want to upgrade to the advanced TV package, I bring up that its available on the site to the Cox staff and the sales and technical staff seemed perplexed because their software does not allow it and does not know what to do. If you don't allow it then don't offer it on the site. If you want that extra $8 a month in revenue from me. Then get this issue fixed. I sure there are other in the same position denied the same subscription due to a flaw in you system.
