Extremely poor HD for Super Bowl

I understand there that saying a lot of people are watching the Super Bowl is an understatement. But why is it you can't provide good service for your HD channels. The coverage has been so broken and  choppy we have to keep switching back over to regular TV to continue coverage. With the rediculous charges your company applies to cable fees, why is it you can not provide decent service? And no it's not my lines! These have been checked more than once. Wherever the problem lies, it's before it ever hits our house.

well i only added tv/hd when nfl playoffs stared due to new apt not allowing directv. =/ i called and was told 1080i is the highest resolution and did settings was told widescreen format, then stretch option, which to me i knew would only make the already poor picture look worse.

talking to other people. cox has terrible hd tv service. so now that the superbowl is over i'll be returning the box.

and yes it was pixelated and everything last night seemed like 3rd quarter on... i don't know why it was so aweful. its almost as if we were streaming the game live rather than tv signal.

The signal levels being reported back by your box aren't very good at all suggesting a signal quality issue.  I would suggest checking any cable connecitons you have access to then disconnecting power to the box for two minutes and recoonecting to see if that helps with the picture quality.  If you still have issues I would suggest arranging for a technician to come out and troubleshoot further.
