When I got up this morning, my Explorer 9865HDC would not turn on. I power-cycled it only for it to freeze on BOOT. I power-cycled it again a couple more times trying to reset it. I ended up chatting with a tech online and he reset my system. After he did this, again, it froze on BOOT, however, this time it would also scroll OCAP-USB a few times then go back to BOOT. I have contour and no other boxes are affected.

If you power on the TV and box while the Explorer 9865HDC front displays OCAP-USB, what displays on the TV screen, if anything?

Sounds like the box is failing boot. Think you might need a new one, but maybe Dustin can help.::fingers crossed:: One thing I might try is unplugging the HDMI out from the back and rebooting again. Also, do you have anything plugged into the USB ports on the back? If so, unplug that too before rebooting. You obviously won't get a picture, but see if it atleast gets the time on the front.
