Also, why doesn't the auto fill for addresses work in classic. Hate classic and don't like the fact that there was no notification from Cox that enhanced was going to disappear. Not nice! If someone can tell me how to turn on the auto fill so my saved email addresses will automatically show on the To: line I'd hugely appreciate it. Also, if Cox is monitoring these replies, GIVE YOUR CUSTOMERS A CHOICE OF HOW THEY WANT TO VIEW THEIR EMAILS!
One last complaint then I'll shut up...why does Cox randomly choose to show an incoming email as Spam when its coming from people on my email address list? I had to go thru h--l to figure out how to go around Spam and get the emails so they would come back into my In Box.

Your addresses should have been moved to the Contact Manager which is listed in the left navigation column when signed into webmail. The addresses can be exported and then imported into classic webmail. As of this time address autocomplete isn't available for classic. As for the emails coming in tagged as spam there is an option to report the messages as not being spam. This is a voting system therefore should sufficient reports come in claiming the messages to not be spam they will be removed from the filters.

Thanks for the info on Spam. I had reported the addresses as not Spam several times, then finally set up a rule so they would automatically transfer back to my InBox. In the future, I'll just keep reporting them as Not Spam and let the system correct it.

my contacts in enhanced mail did not export and inport into classic. I've had to start manually enter the names. This is truly not a user friendly transition from enhanced to classic...since enhanced is simply not reliably accessible.

Check the previous forum for many messages about our dislike of Clunky Classic, and the problems we are having trying to keep Enhanced webmail...Although the first message is an old one, the rest are recent. The latest "official' word from ChrisB is that we are going to keep Enhanced...and why we are still having so many problems at this time has not yet been answered.
I hate Clunky Classic...and want to continue using Enhanced. It has all the features that people are used to in Classic, but in an easier to use, much more responsive format. I thought Forward was the keyword of the day...not backwards. We are paying for this service, and in my opinion, I am not getting my money's worth.

I have the same question. During a chat I was told that my contacts were transferred to the Classic mail account; but I can't find them anywhere. Over fifty contacts apparently lost, without warning from Cox that I would no longer be able to use the enhanded email. What gives????

First big thing is stop using the webmail through the site. Get thunderbird and click "file" "new" "existing email account" and follow instructions so you can access it via computer versus site. You have more control over how it works too, and more control over spam if you set your own junk mail filters.
