I can not get to the site. I have reset my modem and router, reset internet options to factory, flushed dns, tried different browsers (chrome, IE, and Firefox.) /i just get a timeout. I can log on with my phone but it is super difficult. I can access my gmail and facebook. I just can't access my real time strategy game.

I can get to it using Cox DNS. When you say it's diffacult with your phone, could you explain? Slow? A error?
Also, can you ping the site? Start > Run > CMD > Ping en.grenpolis.com
