When I add a second account for my family member for web mail. It tells me type of server what would I put for that? What is the need for that? Please help! thanks.

It shouldn't ask you for the server type, I wonder if you're in the right place. When you're signed into webmail on the left hand column there is a link for Internet Tools. If you click that there's a Manage Email Address link under account management where you go to add/remove additional email addresses for your account.
