email password error on client but not on webmail or account
Hi,
Since this My iphone email client can't connect to the Imap mail service because of a user name or password error. However when I use the webmail online or login in my cox account the user name and password works just fine.
Any Idea of what the issue is ?

Hi Joboujp,
Are you including "@cox.net" in your username in the iPhone?
