The email looks very official, but I cannot respond to sender. I only have the option to click on "fix problem". This doesn't seem right to me. Where do I go to verify that its a good email from Cox?

You have the right instinct to suspect something. There is no problem with your account. The email is from a hack trying to lull you. If you click the option, you'll execute malware on your computer. Delete the email from your computer.
If ANYTHING looks suspicious, just follow your instinct.

Mr. D.,
I forward them to phishingreport@cox.net
They usually reply with an answer the next day.
