How can I locate the E-mail incoming and outgoing address for cox.net?

Do you mean the email server names for setting up a email program(Outlook)? If so, see here:

imap.cox.net	Incoming IMAP Port: 993 with SSL enabled and check the authentication box, if available
pop.cox.net	Incoming POP Port: 995
smtp.cox.net	Outgoing SMTP Port: 587 with TLS enabled 465 with SSL enabled and check the authentication box, if available Note: Cox does not recommend the use of unsecure ports.
