I've had Cox for many years now. I just changed to a new PC and I'm trying to set up my email accounts on Windows 7 in Outlook. I was able to set up my wife's account and my old account, but not the one I'm currently using. Cox doesn't recognize it. I don't want to mess with my wife's account by getting a password reset. Is there someway I can get my account password reset without touching the other email accounts?

Is your wife's account the primary user with your account under it? If so, you would either need access her account and check to see if your username is active (sometimes disabled due to inactivity) and then change the password.
If you did not want to do this you would need to be a authorized user on that account (as in when you call in) and authenticate the account and a Cox representative could reset the password for you.
