DVR Video Buffering Change to 60 Minutes
Has anyone else been impacted negatively by the recent firmware change that has limited the video buffering (the ability to go back 4-5 hours and view the channel that the dvr was on) to 60 minutes? We became very dependent on that capability and now I'm told it's is no longer available. A firmware change has now 'enforced' a standard.

60 minutes was always the standard buffer size for being able to rewind live TV. We've seen many reports such as yours stating this was not the case which at this time we're not able to explain. We regret any confusion this may have caused.
