DVR series recordings have changed channels. Why?
My DVR series recordings have all switched from the 1000 HD channels to the low, non HD channels. The DVR and TV changes to these low non HD channels when recording, but when the guide is brought up it also appears to be recording on the 1000s HD channel. Lastly, the DVR series recording options have changed and do not include the 1000s HD channel options. Only HD only, SD only, any channel or HD low channel number (i.e. Food TV HD 28 only) are listed as options. I know these low channel numbers say HD, but really don't look like HD. How can I change or set my DVR to record the 1000s HD channels again? Or have all the low channel number become HD now and I just need to change my tv settings? Any help or insight is much appreciated! Thank you!!

In order to further investigate, please verify what city you live in and what model DVR you have. Also, what are all the series recording options saved for one of the shows and what is actually recording?

I live in Providence, RI and have a Motorola DCH3416 dual tuner DVR. The series recording options I had saved were, for example, FOODTVHD 1028. Now it has changed in my series recording manager to, FOOD HD 28. It actually records on channel FOOD HD 28, but if I look at the Guide for channel FOODTVHD 1028 it says it is recording. If I change the channel to1028 it stays recording. It actually records on channel 28 when you play it from the DVR. Please let me know if you need anything else. Thanks.
