DVR Recordings to my computer
I have a Cox DVR, and I want to save my recordings onto my computer from my DVR? How can I get the recordings off my DVR?

If the DVR is from Cox, you cannot.
Technically you could play them in real time to a DVD Recorder or other video capture device, using the Composite or Component outputs.
If you had a TiVo DVR, you could transfer any non Copy Protected program to a PC or Mac.
