Dropping one service for another?

I'm relatively a new customer with Cox (just moved out on my own) and was wondering if there is an easy way to drop a service and add something different? Right now I have cox TV and internet. My tv only gets basic cable (1-15 i think) and then channels like HBO and Starz. Is there anyway I could go about dropping cox tv for cox economy I think it's called? So i get channels like ABCfamily, USA and comedy central? If so, how do I go about making the switch and will there be any fees for it? Thanks!
