Downstream Channel Bonding in Roanoke VA

I recently returned my Cisco telephony modem to Cox and purchased the Cisco DPC3010.  On both models, the DS light displays a solid amber.  If I am correct, I believe this indicates there is no downstream channel bonding occuring.  When will Roanoke receive this feature?

This is an upgrade that is in the planning stages however I'm not aware of any anticipated launch date at this time.
