Can you give some technical details of the problem? Do you mean links in your email? If so, what are you using for email and what browser loads when you click on a link? Is browsing from page to page in the browser OK? Is it different from your main browser?

Are you clicking on a URL within an email while viewing the email via Cox WebMail (http://webmail.cox.net) or via an email client like Outlook or Mac Mail?
