Download speeds down in single digits for multiple users - Fairfax County, VA
Multiple users in the Fairfax County, VA area are reporting extremely low download speeds right now - this started within the last 12 hours or less. See DSLReports Cox forum, for examples of the slowdown messages.

Apparently Cox placed a message on their phone support that there were problems in NoVA. In addtion, the same users on the other forums are now reporting that speeds are back to normal.
So the problem is resolved.
I don't suppose a Cox rep could get back on this thread and mention what the problem was and HOW it was resolved, huh? Would help if it happens again in the future for those of us out here trying to get the problem noticed.
