If your asking if Cox offers a Usenet service, then the answer is not anymore. It was removed a couple years back for lack of use.
If your asking if a newsgroup client will work with Cox; yes. I personally enjoy NewsDemon on SABnzbd with NZB.su for search intergration. In my configuration, I can log into my account anywhere and push the downloads to my PC.
