Does Cox provided new phone number if someone calls line that was disconnected?

I'm moving from AZ to TX and will be disconnecting my Cox phone service. Will Cox provide an intercept message saying the line is disconnected and here's the new phone number? When I called to request the disconnection the rep couldn't answer the question.

I'm sorry to hear you're moving out of the area.  Yes this is something we can setup when you disconnect your service.  Just ask for Number Referral.
