Display and functionality changes.
Since I started with cox 2.5 weeks ago I am now on box #3. With this new box the display and functionality has changed with the guide and on demand. I can no longer list all shows and pick the episodes. I need to know tab through to find the show I want.

With these new displays I hate using this service. Is there an update that possibly wasn't done on this new box (which also looks ancient)? Why the newer boxes aren't being used is beyond me.

http://www.thinkanalytics.com/images/conferences/news/CoxTrio.png is an early version of Trio.
http://blogs.evtrib.com/nerdvana/files/2010/12/guide-image-sa-300x216.jpg is a version of Passport.
The former was on a newer DVR, either a Cisco 8642HDC/8742/HDC or 8752HDC. The latter was on either an older Cisco/SA 8240/8300 DVR or a Motorola DVR.
Why not give the model number of the DVR instead of saying "the old box" or "the new box" ?

Again, the upper screen is PASSPORT from a Motorola or SA/Cisco 8240HDC/8300 DVR, while the lower screen is from TRIO on a CISCO 8642HDC/8742HDC, or 8752HDC. You CANNOT get Trio (Contour) on a DVR that presently uses Passport.
