Disney Junior channel - Error code 400-1

I purchased an Apple TV.  I activated the Disney Junior channel for my children.  However, it gives me the error code of 400-1.  I contacted Apple and Disney channel, but not able to fix the problem.  My zip code indicates that I have a subscription of the Disney Junior channel.  What do I need to do to view the Disney Junior?  (The Apple TV came with 1) Disney Channel; 2) Disney DX; and 3) Disney Junior. I can watch 1 and 2 without any problem.  Just having a problem with Disney Junior.  Please help, if you can.
