Data Usage Meter

For the past several months I have been unable to see the Internet Data Usage on my account. The message indicates the service is down for maintenance and to check back in 24 hours. I would say over three months is a bit longer than 24 hours. What is the problem? How can I see my usage statistics?

I have been having the same problem as well. I have reached out to Cox technical support on three separate occasions. On the first occasion, I was told that it was being forwarded for "review". On the second occasion, I tried to follow-up on the first email and got no response. On the third occasion, I was told to try deleting my browser cookies. Since this issue shows up on four separate computers, multiple virtual machines, and occurs whether I'm on my home network or not, I highly doubt it's the cookie settings--but I tried anyways. I am hesitant to reach back out to technical support given the complete lack of support that I have received thus far on this issue.
