So questions about the Rare instances of Data limits account suspensions, no one ever clarified what how much over this was. When someone uses to much data over there limit. Is there a hard number for this? Just curious, about to veggie out for the next few days on some HD netflix and I'm not sure if I should. I have a 300 limit and I'm at 303 right now. Data resets in 3 days. Am I good to blast away or should I not?

I say blast away and see if you get a warning. Warning is just a email, with no interruption of service. I mean at this point you're over already. Doesn't matter how much you're over.

So theoretically if my plan was 300 gigs and I used 15 more gigs I get the same warning letter as someone who used 200 gigs more?

Yes, though you will never hear them say that, since it promotes people to over use. Ofcourse they have the right to close your account for any reason (see Cox ToS) but that would be akin to executing someone for a parking ticket.
