C-SPAN, C-SPAN2 & C-SPAN3 channels for Phoenix area

What are the channels for C-SPAN2 & C-SPAN3 for the Phoenix broadcast area? A year or so ago they were Ch123 & 124 but they changed last year to Ch110-15 (digital). Now they've changed again! Customer Support has provided no help...they told me in order to view these channels, I needed to pay for a "Cox Box". WHAT...are they kidding? Aren't these public service channels that are paid for by our tax dollars? I believe I'm already "paying" for these channels and Cox cannot scramble the signal or require a box in order to view them. For anyone else looking for these channels, I've located C-SPAN on Ch80-6. I'm still looking for C-SPAN2 or C-SPAN3. I'd greatly appreciate a response from anyone who has located C-SPAN2 or C-SPAN3. Regards, Dunc
