Cox Website doesn't work

When i login to cox, i do not see any thing except signout button. I can't check my bill or see statement. Once i login, it is just signout link. Does any body having this issue.. I have reported this issue via phone, chat and email. Here is the respose that i am getting from last two days..

Unfortunately, there is currently an outage regarding this difficulty.

Our technicians are aware and are working to resolve this as quickly as
possible.


Is there any way i can escalate this issue.. I have no idea what is happening. I'm tired of reporting this isuue. Suggestions please..

We can look into this for you, we would need to get some information from you.  Can you e-mail us at cox.help@cox.com, and in your email include the following: name, address, the username you are having trouble logging in with.  We will get to the bottom of this for you.

It might help if you post a screen shot so we can see whats happening? To take a screenshot Hold CTRL + Prt Scr button

Then open up Microsoft Paint and CTRL+ V (Paste). Then edit out anything personal, and save the file as a picture. 

If your don't feel comfortable with that, I understand, just think it may help get it fixed faster.

Ok, the screenshots certainly help because it shows this is not any normal problem. 

Just throwing this out there, might be way off, but have you clicked on any Ad on Cox.net to make your computer run faster? Do you get any other pop ups asking you to download something? Anything asking for money? It could be malware, but usually that makes itself known by asking you to buy something, and what ever it is asking you to buy is usually the Malware you have been infected with.

I would run this CCleaner  and Malwarebytes just to be safe. Free and passive, after downloading, installing, updating and running a Full Scan, it will post a log. Please post that. I think that will atleast help rule malware out as a possibility.

It is not a virus or malware. I have tried from different machines with different OS. Same issue is happening with all the machines. This is might be specific to my account. I haven't heard any thing back from cox.

Let's see what they say..

Ok then, I am quite stumped. I have NEVER seen that, and thats saying something. Must be some weird back office account issue? Good luck. Let us know how it goes.

Just emailed you back. Sorry for the delay. It is almost certainly account-specific, not malware, and we'll get it straightened out.

Thank God, someone else who is having the same problem I am.  I am seeing the exact same thing you are - the bill pay just doesn't come up at all, no matter what computer or browser I use.   I've used the online bill pay on a different account for years without an issue, but since getting a new account after moving, I've only been able to pay my account online once, over a month ago.  I'm stuck using those EasyPay kiosks to pay my Cox bill, which I hate doing since I pay everything else online.    I hope they figure out why this is happening.

I can help you with that, I think I know what the source of your issue is and it is slightly different than the other problems.  We need to look at the account, can you email us at cox.help@cox.com with the account information as well as the username that you use to login?  Thanks!
