cox webmail Enhanced sign on

I have 2 pc's I use to check my email both are wifi.....the lap top works fine but the desktop will get an error some of the time when the enhanced version of web mail is started up...plus it asks me for my zip code every time I sign in. The lap top never asks for my zip code......I even connected my pc up direct connect and this still happens....help..

The errors I get is ....error getting folder list.......unable to connect to server or it is slow to respond (02: load) And I also get an error when I try to send out any file that has an attachment with it...Like I said I don't have this problem with the laptop. 'why would it ask me for my zip code every time I sign on....it never use to do this.....and the lap top never asks me for the zip code when signing on to cox webmail enhanced version.
