Cox Tv Connect

I'm at a friends house who has Cox and I can't get Tv Connect to work here..  am I doing something wrong?

Currently, customers are able to access Cox TV Connect in their own homes only. Your friend could access CTVC on their iPad if they are authorized to use the service. There are discussions about allowing users access outside of their homes in the future.
