Cox Survey Request for an earlier call ... but I never called in before

Got a Survey request from Cox to ask for feedback in regards to an earlier call I placed earlier.

Thing is, I never made a call (I haven't in awhile).

Subject: Thank you for contacting Cox Communications

It was sent to my cox email (which I never use, I just have it forward to another email of mine). I called in asking about it, but not the CS rep didn't seem to understand what I was saying, but was able to tell me that no services on my account was changed.

Any idea what it might be? I clicked the link and the first page just had 1 question (scale of 1-10, would i recommend cox to another person).

Not sure if there was a glitch in the system, or watch my account to make sure nothing happens?

Do you still have the email? Please forward it to cox.help@cox.com and include your full name, address, and last 4 of the social for the account.
