Cox should be trying to fix bufferbloat before they try to offer faster speeds

Hi let me start this off by saying I've been a subscriber to cox HSI for almost 15 years and I gladly overpay for the internet speeds they mislead advertise because my only other option is att or dial up. I'll be switching the first chance I get to google fiber unless some major issues actually get addressed and fixed. Powerboost might be ok to use for some people but I can't stand having it. The dynamically changing of the available bandwidth complicates things when configuring QoS to shape traffic correctly. Hi-speed internet is supposed to be fast but the way I see it our traffic keeps getting stuck at the on ramp.

Fixing this issue will most likely mitigate most of the problems posted here daily about lagging in games, slow speeds, etc.
