That was a lame answer as it refers us back to the web site and it has nothing to do with Deactivating PC's that we are no longer using!! The link you are referring to wants me Deactivting my current PC of which I do not want to Deactivate. I want to deactivate PC's on my list that I don't use anymore, but are using up my 5 activations.
Again, How Do We Deactivate old PC's that are on our Plan, that we Don't USE Anymore? Do we contact an Internet Specialist at Cox? I thought that was who you are? Please give professional help, not help that we can look up ourselves. You Michael, are supposed to be the Professional here!
You can get technical support 24/7 from the Cox-branded McAfee support site. You can access the site by visiting http://service.mcafee.com. After accessing these tools, if your issue is still not resolved, call 1-888-556-0959 for additional technical assistance. We have a specific team that provides support for this software.
